The thing I like the most about my web hosting company is: Liquid Web is our choice. We used several other companies before finding these guys, but we can’t imagine using anyone else. We lease two dedicated servers from LW. We especially like their 24/7/365 live telephone support.
REAL people answering a phone and giving informed assistance right then and there. Liquid Web isn’t the cheapest alternative, but when a site is down there’s no substitute for being able to talk to a tech onsite.

I was a customer a while back, but had to scale up as my site was growing. I am not saying Liquid was not able to scale up with me. Back than Liquid like any other new start-up needs to grow at a respectable rate and they have.
I run my own hosting company with a server in Sydney Australia. Prior to this I have used Liquid Web and found them to be of the highest quality with excellent service, server uptime and quality administration. I only moved my server because I needed the server here in Australia for better latency, closer to my clients. I have also used NetLogistics here in Australia and they also gave great service.
