The Creative Junkie

A compilation of funny stories and observations based on my life as a stay at home mom

My web hosting company is Lunar Pages Web Hosting
I have been hosting with them for under a year
My price / value is: 5 The Best
My speed is: 4 Pretty Good
My disk space is: 4 Pretty Good
My bandwidth is: 4 Pretty Good
I think their customer support is: 3 Alright
My overall satisfaction is: 3 Alright
The thing I like the most about my web hosting company is I like their prices … I think I’m paying less than $5 a month for hosting? I’d have to check my invoice to confirm.

Their tech support has also been very helpful when I’ve needed additional instructions as to how to do something.

I think my web host could improve by: They really could improve their up-time.

They should also improve their methods of timely informing their hosting customers immediately when there is a network or server or whatever kind of problem that results in down time. There were several times in the last month or two that my site, as well as many others, were down and it gets a little tiresome to repeatedly hit “refresh” in the forums area to see if an update has been posted.
